view so that we can meet your needs and wishes and improve our
services.

us how we can improve our services.
We believe that the more you get involved with planning and
running our services, the more satisfied you will be with them.
Our Resident Involvement Strategy
All the Group's residents should be able to have a say in how
their homes are managed. Every year we assess the results of
resident involvement and the list of opportunities we offer, to
ensure we continue to meet your needs and to involve residents on
all levels.
