Your Tenancy with Synergy Housing Group
Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and
us. It is a legal document that you and we (as your landlord)
both sign. Your tenancy agreement outline your rights and
responsibilities as a tenant of the Synergy Housing Group.
A joint tenancy means that all named tenants are equally
responsible for the property and share the rights and duties.
We can only change the terms and conditions of your tenant
agreement (except for the amount of the rent and service charge) if
you agree.
Please keep your tenancy agreement in a safe place, as
we will refer to it throughout your tenancy with us.
If you find any part of the tenancy agreement unclear, or if you
are unsure about your rights and responsibilities, please contact
your Housing Officer.
Help with Managing your Tenancy
If at any time you find it difficult to manage your tenancy,
your Housing Officer can help you.
Your Housing Officer can also help if you would like support,
advice or debt counselling, by referring you to a specialist
organisation, such as the Citizens Advice Bureau or YOU (Southern
Focus Trust).
