Reporting Your Repairs
To report the repairs to your property please telephone our
Repair Administration team on (0800) 2300 232.
When telephoning please ensure you are able to provide a full
description of the repair required and the location of the fault in
the property, this will help our team to ensure the correct
tradesman is allocated and that they are provided with all the
information required to carry out your repair(s).
Out of our normal office hours our Repair Administration team
will offer assistance and ensure that all emergency calls are dealt
with promptly. Any non-emergency repairs will not be dealt with
until the following working day.
To report your repair directly to the repairs team please email
synergyworks@synergyhousing.co.uk,
giving you full address, contact number, access information and a
full description of the repair required.
Internal communal areas are cleaned on a regular basis and
tenants should report any repairs to the Repairs Administration
Team on (0800) 2300 232.
If you have reported a repair within our opening hours and we
have not returned your query please contact us on
(0800) 2300 232.
