Planned Maintenance

Purbeck Housing Trust has a five year programme of maintenance and improvements to its housing stock.

The Repairs and Servicing division is the maintenance arm of Synergy Housing. The in-house team provides services to East Dorset Housing Association, Weymouth & Portland Housing and Purbeck Housing Trust. It is a service division and as such is a standalone cost centre.

In addition to the day to day maintenance and planned improvement programmes. The division also under takes electrical testing and gas servicing works. The division directly employs 96 Trades Technicians many of whom are multi-skilled. In addition 6 modern apprentices are also being trained .

Office staff are based at Weymouth and Ferndown providing a repairs reporting service along with managment, surveying and adminstrative assistance.

The divisions core office hours are 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday and all services are available though the freephone telephone number 0800 2300 232.
