About Us

We are a friendly, community-based housing group providing over 8,500 affordable homes and services, mainly to people living in towns and villages throughout the South.

We were established in 2004 when Purbeck Housing Trust joined East Dorset Housing Association following a transfer of housing.  Since then, Weymouth & Portland Housing has also joined the group.

Our head office is in Poole and we work mainly across Dorset and Hampshire, where all types of housing are in high demand and short supply.

Everything we do depends on having a good relationship with our residents.  We work with you to make better environment for everyone.

We are a 'not-for-profit' organisation and registered social landlord.
