Association
East Dorset Housing Association
(EDHA): founded in 1990, EDHA was one of the first Large Scale
Voluntary Transfer organisations. The company has developed over
1,000 new homes and now owns over 3,400 properties in Dorset and
Hampshire with a strong reputation for service delivery and
resident involvement.

Purbeck Housing
Trust
Purbeck Housing Trust (PHT): joined
the Group in 2004 following the Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of
homes from Purbeck District Council. Since the transfer the
Trust has embarked on a substantial stock refurbishment programme
of the 1750 homes it owns and manages.
Weymouth and Portland
Housing
Weymouth and Portland Housing (WPH):
joined the Group in 2006. With over 3,200 homes, WPH has a strong
community focus playing a leading role in the Weymouth &
Portland Community Plan Partnership Initiative.
