Meet the Lifeline team

Name:	Annie Lovelass

Role:	Annie is the Sheltered Housing and Call Centre Manager. Her responsibility is the management and growth of Purbeck Careline, Lifeline, Telecare and Sheltered Housing Services. She has been with the service since it opened in 1989.

Role:	Andy is the Senior Careline Officer and has responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the Careline Service, management of contracts and liaison with Corporate Clients.

Role:	Senior Sheltered Housing Officer. Jane manages the day-to-day delivery of the Sheltered Housing Service to Purbeck Housing trust tenants across the district.

Role:	Tina provides essential administrative support to the team and helps provide cover in the Careline.

Name:	Rebecca Turner

Role:	Rebecca is the team leader for the Careline Services Team. She is responsible for organising and scheduling the demonstration and installation of the Lifeline Units and Telecare packages and helps Annie with marketing the services.

Role:	Alan is a Careline Services Officer and is primarily responsible for installing Telecare.

Role:	Careline Services Support Officer. Angela provides support across all the services.

Control Centre Careline Operators

There are 12 Control Centre Operators several of whom, like Annie, have been with the service since it’s inception so have a wealth of knowledge and experience to call upon. The Operators are directly responsible for the delivery of the exceptionally high quality services to all clients.
